Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and building strong relationships within the automotive, agriculture, and other industrial sectors. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills, a strong client base, and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the U.S. market, focusing on automotive, agricultural, and industrial sectors.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients in target industries.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, including custom sheet metal products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring competitive and profitable sales agreements.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the sheet metal industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Travel to client sites and attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically in selling industrial components, ideally in sheet metal manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships within the automotive, agricultural, or industrial sectors.
- Strong existing client base and network within the relevant industries.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide customized solutions for clients.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the automotive and agricultural manufacturing industries.
- Technical understanding of industrial sheet metal components and their applications in various sectors.
