Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial sheet metal components to new clients across the U.S. markets, including automotive, agricultural, and other industrial sectors. This is an entry-level to junior-level sales position, ideal for someone with a passion for sales, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to develop a professional client base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell industrial sheet metal components to potential clients in the automotive, agricultural, and other industrial sectors.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (marketing campaigns, referrals, trade shows, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the value proposition to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the internal team (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to refine sales strategies and improve customer outreach.

Qualification
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or a related field. However, candidates with no prior experience but a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about industrial sheet metal components and how they apply to different industries.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Comfortable using CRM software and managing client data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet clients and attend industry events or trade shows as required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualification
- A background in Mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the automotive, agricultural, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
